Orders & fulfillment

Everything is made to order and printed after purchase — nothing is held in inventory. Orders typically print in 2–5 business days, then ship (see Shipping & Returns). Checkout, payment processing, and order records are handled by Shopify; production and shipping are handled by Printify.

Pricing

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price charged. Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout.

Returns & refunds

Because items are made to order, we don't accept general returns. Damaged, misprinted, or wrong items are reprinted and reshipped free — see Shipping & Returns.

Intellectual property & brand affiliation

Fan-made. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by the Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabres, NFL, or NHL.

All designs are original works of Cold & Bitter. Reproducing, redistributing, or reselling any design without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

Cold & Bitter is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your order, beyond the purchase price of the item in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
