How it gets to you

Made to order. Every Cold & Bitter shirt is printed after you buy it — nothing sits in a warehouse. That means it ships in 2–5 business days, then transit (usually another 2–5 business days in the US) — so plan on about 1–2 weeks total from order to doorstep. You'll get tracking automatically the second it ships.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item? That's on us — email support@coldandbitter.com with a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint and reship it, no return needed.

Buyer's remorse / wrong size? Because everything's made to order, we can't take general returns, but we'll help with an exchange case-by-case. Check the size guide on every product page before you order — unisex fit, size up for the lived-in look.
