What we collect
When you browse Cold & Bitter we collect standard site-analytics data (pages viewed, referring site, approximate location from IP, device type) via Vercel Analytics. When you sign up for our list or place an order, we collect your name, email, shipping address, and — if you opt in — phone number.
How we use it
To fulfill and ship your order, send order/shipping updates, and — only if you opted in — send marketing email and SMS about new drops and promotions. We never sell your data. Checkout and payment are handled entirely by Shopify; we never see or store your card details. Order fulfillment is handled by Printify.
Email & SMS
Marketing email and SMS are opt-in only, sent via GoHighLevel. Every message includes an unsubscribe/STOP link. We honor opt-outs immediately. Transactional messages (order confirmation, shipping updates) are sent regardless of marketing opt-in, since they're required to fulfill your order.
Cookies & analytics
We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics) and Google Search Console to understand traffic and improve the site. Shopify's checkout may set its own cookies necessary to process your order — see Shopify's privacy policy for that portion of your visit.
Your rights
Email support@coldandbitter.com to request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from marketing. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
