new challenge

Be Better Becember! aka be better in December.

I created another monthly challenge. I didn’t want to but one person asking for it will make me do it apparently because it’s low maintenance and it raises money for charity. I should probably push it more but that’s not my style, being motivated.

I am going to quit pretending to do cardio until I drop some pounds. I keep getting some soft tissue issues and so I have to lay off of it every few weeks. I’ll just lift weights in the interim and see about not being a fat ass.
