Went for a trail run last night with some friends. Got in about 8.25 miles. I hadn’t gotten any training runs over the last couple of months, just getting in miles at big events. It felt good last night but I was gassed by the final 2 miles.
Woke up thos morning with achy knees and ankles. Still went to CF and completed a benchmark WOD. Diane. 9:30 was my time. My previous time was 11:17. Had my Spark. Was going to eat a steak and cheese burrito but drank a meal replacement shake.
Tonight I setup my Concept 2 rower in the garage. Day 2. So far so good. Lunch time will be a test today as it always is.
