So I’ve been alcohol free for 63 hours, caffeine free for 77 hours and I still have a gnarly headache. Monday was a rest day and Tuesday was a cry day due to headache. Tonight, I aim for 250x5x5 but I have a giant headache so maybe nah.
I also have been eating less carbs so maybe that’s a contributing factor.
Regardless, I’m feeling less fluffy. WIN.
Oh, I took an Aleve for my bitchass headache. LOSE.
