Yesterday’s half-assed workout:

Backsquats:

45, 95, 135, 185, 225, 235 x 5 x 5

Push Press:

95 x 5

115 5 x 5 (bonus crying)

Quads…trying to become quadzilla.

 

No back pain on squats lately thanks to everyone’s tips. I’m also stopping right around 90. Any lower and I get the low back pain/rounding.
