Bee gave me a patch saying that, so it’s become my new life goal to prove him wrong. I chipped away at that today, by forgetting to add weight between sets of front squats. So I just lifted the same amount for two sets in a row. And then I didn’t do a set with the correct amount, cause that shit’s tiring! Hatch Squat is terrible, but I’m enjoying its benefits including but not limited to eating a shit ton. I’m 4 weeks in to the 12 week program, so if you never hear from me again it’s because I either died or remembered I hate blogging. 50/50, could go either way.
